Room was comfortable and clean, balcony was separated from other balconies with a wall, so you can enjoy your privacy. The hotel has a modern lift. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good as there were a lot of things to choose from. When we stayed here there was an orchestra playing in the town in the evening. The room is spacious, it gets cleaned every day, serves good breakfast and has excellent parking facilities. The shuttle bus to Zell am See & Kaprun is available.so no need to take a car when going skiing...the parking lots either in Kaprun and Zell am See get full before 9am. We really enjoyed our stay at penxion Andrea.

Also have a gym (although I didn't use it). Very nice service and meals. Big rooms. NO complains. There are 2 big ski resorts in distance of 15 mins drive. One was open in the summer (went for snowboarding in June :)).
